A small volume of letters have been sent to customers stating that they have an incomplete housing application. If you have completed your housing application in full and are awaiting for this to be assessed, please ignore the letter that has been emailed to you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a high volume of housing applications causing a delay in assessments of up to 2 months. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and would like to ensure our customers that assessing new applications is being given our utmost priority.
Thank you for your patience during this time.
If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, living in the UK on or before 31st December 2020 then you and your family need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme before the deadline on 30th June 2021 in order to continue living in the UK after 30th June 2021.
EU, EEA or Swiss citizens that have not applied to the scheme are not eligible for housing assistance. All EU, EEA or Swiss citizens that have applied to the Scheme will need to provide proof of their application (where a decision has not yet been reached), or provide us with their online ‘share code’ in order for their application to be considered further.
