Welcome to Keyways

Keyways is a new way of looking for council and housing association properties for rent. You can also look for low cost home ownership properties for sale and private properties to rent from accredited landlords. Keyways includes properties within the boroughs of Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.

You can now tell us which properties you would like to be considered for. This process is known as bidding. The bidding process does not mean that you will part with any money. You may only bid for a property if your housing application has been accepted onto the Keyways register.

We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. All properties that are available will be advertised each week from Thursday to Tuesday.

Kettering Borough Council have a number of fully refurbished one bed flats and bedsits to let which will be available soon.  Come along to our open day and have a look around 12 noon until 3pm on 18th May 2012 at Holyoake Court, Sackville Street, Kettering.
