Welcome to Keyways

Keyways is a new way of looking for council and housing association properties for rent. You can also look for low cost home ownership properties for sale and private properties to rent from accredited landlords. Keyways includes properties within the boroughs of Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.

You can now tell us which properties you would like to be considered for. This process is known as bidding. The bidding process does not mean that you will part with any money. You may only bid for a property if your housing application has been accepted onto the Keyways register.

We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. All properties that are available will be advertised each week from Thursday to Tuesday.

Due to the Keyways automated telephone line being underused it is no longer cost effective for the Keyways sub regional partnership of the Borough of Wellingborough, Corby Borough Council and Kettering Borough Council to provide this service. 

The automated telephone line will no longer be available from 1 November 2012.
