*Local Lettings Policies are agreed for specific areas or developments to reflect local circumstances.  They will have regard to housing management considerations such as the social mix of tenants, density, age range, vulnerability of tenants, community stability and the Equality Act/Framework.  Any Local Letting Policy (pdf document) will be advertised along with the property advert in the additional information tab so that applicants can make an informed choice as to whether they wish to place a bid or not.

Preparing to Launch Our New Housing Allocations Scheme

Following executive approval, we are pleased to announce that work is now underway to prepare for the launch of our new Housing Allocations Scheme.

This updated scheme has been developed to ensure a fairer, clearer, and more effective approach to how homes are allocated, helping us better meet the needs of our communities. Over the coming weeks, the team will be focused on final preparations to support a smooth and successful rollout.

We encourage customers and partners to familiarise themselves with the new scheme.  We will keep you up to date with our confirmed go-live date as an announcement on the Keyways home page.
